First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tested a special muscle relaxation technique (integrated neuromuscular inhibition) in 40 women with cervicogenic headaches—headaches that start from the neck. Half received standard medical care, while the other half also got the muscle therapy. The goal was to see if adding this technique could lower headache pain and improve neck muscle endurance.
