NCT ID NCT06974006

First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study aims to see if a portable health monitoring kit can help older adults (60+) living in rural areas stay independent by catching health problems early. The kit includes devices to check heart rhythm, blood pressure, oxygen levels, lung function, body composition, and physical strength. Researchers will track 82 participants in small towns in Spain to see if regular at-home monitoring improves early detection and reduces hospital visits.
