Summary
This study tested a program that combines mental health treatment with job coaching for people on sick leave due to anxiety, depression, stress, personality disorders, or functional disorders. Researchers enrolled 900 participants in Denmark to see if this combined approach helps them return to work sooner. The goal was to find a better way to support both mental health and employment recovery.
