Needle injection trial aims to zap liver tumors without surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a new injection called INT001 can safely destroy liver tumors in adults who cannot have surgery. Doctors will use imaging to guide a needle into the tumor and inject INT001, then check if the tumor is completely killed. Participants will receive the injection once and return for follow-up visits over 90 days to monitor their health and scan the treated area.
