New needle injection aims to zap liver tumors without surgery

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called INT001 for adults with liver cancer who cannot have surgery. Doctors inject the drug directly into the tumor using a needle guided by imaging. The goal is to see if it can completely destroy the tumor and what side effects occur. Participants will have follow-up visits and scans over 90 days.
