Needle injection trial aims to zap liver tumors without surgery
NCT ID NCT06689670
Summary
This study is testing whether a new injection called INT001 can safely destroy liver tumors in adults who aren't candidates for surgery. Doctors will use imaging to guide a needle into the tumor and inject INT001 directly, then monitor patients for 90 days to see if the tumor is completely eliminated and check for any side effects. The goal is to offer a less invasive outpatient treatment option for liver cancer.
