Summary

This study looks at how blood sugar levels change throughout the day in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Researchers will use a continuous glucose monitor for 14 days to track patterns and see how they relate to the baby's growth and birth weight. The goal is to better understand which sugar patterns matter most for the health of both mother and child.
