Summary
This study looks at how insulin delivered through the nose changes brain signals and energy use in people having their first episode of psychosis. Researchers will compare 46 patients and healthy volunteers using brain scans and blood tests. The goal is to understand the link between insulin, dopamine, and metabolism in early schizophrenia.
