No-Surgery weight loss: stomach sutures take on diet and exercise in new study
NCT ID NCT06272201
First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study compares a minimally invasive procedure called POSE2.0, which uses sutures to reshape the stomach without cuts, combined with a moderate diet and exercise program, to diet and exercise alone. About 186 adults with obesity who have not succeeded with non-surgical weight-loss methods will participate. The goal is to see if the procedure leads to greater weight loss and is safe.
