Summary
This study tests an 8-week school program called INSPIRE for Indonesian teens aged 13-15. The program aims to improve mental health knowledge, resilience, and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Researchers will compare 680 students who get the program with those who receive standard care, and also involve their parents.
