This study tests an 8-week school program called INSPIRE for Indonesian teens aged 13-15. The program aims to improve mental health knowledge, resilience, and attitudes while reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. About 680 teens and their parents will take part, with results measured right after the program and one month later.
