Summary

This study tests whether lifestyle changes like diet and exercise can help prevent dementia in adults aged 55 and older. Researchers will track 2,000 participants over three years, measuring memory, thinking skills, and how well people stick to healthy habits. The goal is to find community-friendly ways to keep the brain sharp.
