Summary
This study tests a new support program called INSPIRE for unpaid caregivers of older adults (65+) who have both rheumatoid arthritis and frailty. The program offers personalized help over about 12 weeks, including emotional support, practical advice, and guidance on navigating healthcare services. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for caregivers, with 25 caregivers taking part.
