New support program aims to ease burden on caregivers of frail seniors with arthritis

Summary
This study tests a new support program called INSPIRE for unpaid caregivers of older adults (65+) who have both rheumatoid arthritis and frailty. The program offers personalized guidance over 12 weeks to help caregivers manage stress, find resources, and improve their own well-being. About 25 caregivers will take part to see if the program is practical and helpful in a real-world clinic setting.
