NCT ID NCT06807957
First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether training the muscles you use to breathe in can help amateur CrossFit athletes perform better and feel less tired. About 94 healthy adults aged 18-60 who do CrossFit will be split into two groups: one does breathing exercises with a special device, the other uses a fake device. Researchers will measure breathing strength and exercise performance over 12 weeks to see if the training helps.
