Summary
This study looks at how new trouble sleeping (insomnia) after heart surgery affects the long-term health of people who had a heart attack. Researchers will use a large Korean health database to track over 235,000 patients who had a procedure to open blocked heart arteries. The goal is to see if insomnia leads to more heart problems, strokes, or death, and to understand why.
