First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special behavior program can help adults in Spain lower their exposure to chemical pollutants found in everyday life. About 740 people aged 30-60 will either follow the program or get standard lifestyle advice. The goal is to see if the program leads to a meaningful drop in pollutant levels after 3 months.
