New study tests if changing daily habits can lower toxic chemical levels

Summary

This study tests whether a special lifestyle program can help adults in Spain reduce their exposure to everyday chemical pollutants. About 740 people aged 30-60 will be randomly assigned to either the program or standard health advice. The goal is to see if the program leads to a measurable drop in pollutant levels after 3 months.
