This study tested whether inositol, a natural supplement, can improve hormone levels in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). 154 women with irregular periods and high male hormones took different doses of inositol to see if it lowered testosterone and improved insulin response. The goal was to find the best dose for managing PCOS symptoms.
