First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study will enroll 1,000 adults living in Innsbruck and the surrounding area to see if a one-time health assessment and advice session can improve their overall vascular (heart and blood vessel) health. Participants will have their health measured at the start and again later, focusing on key factors like diet, exercise, and blood pressure. The goal is to understand how common risk factors are and whether a single intervention can make a difference.
