Summary

This study aims to see if a one-time health assessment and advice session can improve the overall vascular health of 1,000 adults living in Innsbruck, Austria. Participants will have their heart and blood vessel health measured using a standard score called Life's Essential 8, which looks at factors like diet, exercise, and blood pressure. The study will also track how common heart disease risk factors and hearing problems are in the local population.
