Summary
This study tests a product called INNEA AQUA in 62 women with vulvo-vaginal atrophy (thinning and dryness of vaginal tissues). The goal is to see if it safely reduces symptoms like itching, soreness, and pain during sex. Participants use the gel and are followed for about 4 months.
