New program aims to support injury Survivors' hidden needs

Summary
This study will test a new program designed to help people who have been hospitalized for a physical injury. Researchers want to see if the program is practical and helpful for meeting both medical and social needs. About 25 adult injury survivors from Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital will take part in interviews and have their use of program resources tracked. The goal is to learn what works best to support recovery.
