Platelet gel boosts gum bone repair in small trial

Summary
This study tests whether adding a natural blood concentrate (injectable platelet-rich fibrin) to a standard bone graft helps repair deep gum defects better than the graft alone. Twenty adults with advanced gum disease (stage III) and deep pockets will receive the combination treatment. The main goal is to measure bone fill after 6 months using X-rays.
