Summary

This study is for people with non-small cell lung cancer who are getting radiation and chemotherapy. It tests whether using inhaled steroids before and during treatment can reduce the severity of radiation pneumonitis, a common and serious lung inflammation. The trial will compare patients who receive the inhaled steroid with those who do not, monitoring side effects and quality of life.
