Summary
This study tests a higher-dose version of the antiviral drug Ingavirin (called Ingavirin Forte) in 300 adults with confirmed flu or other viral colds. The goal is to see if it shortens how long symptoms like fever, runny nose, sore throat, cough, and body aches last. Participants will receive either the new dose, the standard dose, or a placebo, and researchers will track symptom relief over time.
