NCT ID NCT07424040
First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving children with Crohn's disease a combination of two drugs (infliximab and azathioprine) works better than just one drug (infliximab) to control the disease. About 154 children will take either the combo or the single drug for over a year. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer symptoms and side effects.
