First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tested an oral drug called infigratinib in 17 adults with advanced or spreading solid tumors that have certain FGFR gene mutations. The drug works by blocking overactive FGFR proteins that help cancer grow. The main goal was to see how many patients' tumors shrank or disappeared, with the aim of controlling the disease rather than curing it.
