New dressing may reduce skin damage in infected leg ulcers

Summary
This study tests whether a new version of a wound dressing (Suprasorb X+PHMB Pro) is better than the current version at treating infected leg ulcers. About 150 adults with infected venous leg ulcers will be randomly assigned to one of the two dressings. The main goal is to see which dressing causes less skin damage (maceration) after 3 weeks.
