New dressing tested for Hard-to-Heal leg wounds

NCT ID NCT07211243

Summary

This study is testing two similar wound dressings to see which works better for infected leg ulcers caused by poor blood flow. About 150 adults with these wounds will use one of the dressings for three weeks while also receiving standard compression therapy. Researchers will measure how well the wounds heal, check for side effects, and see which dressing patients find easier to use.
