Summary
This study tests a program called Healthy Eating for My Infant (HEMI) for babies from low-income families. The program helps moms with mental health and feeding challenges to lower obesity risk. About 60 families will take part, with some getting the program and others not. Researchers will check if the program is doable and liked by families.
