Could higher blood pressure save brain tissue during stroke?

Summary
This early-stage study tests whether briefly raising blood pressure can slow brain damage in people having a major stroke while they undergo a procedure to remove a clot. About 40 adults will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and possible, not yet to prove it works.
