NCT ID NCT06145763

First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study compares a new smartphone app called IndigeQuit to an existing app (NCI QuitGuide) to help American Indian and Alaska Native adults quit smoking. About 776 participants who smoke daily and want to quit in the next 30 days will be randomly assigned to use one of the apps. The goal is to see if IndigeQuit is more effective at helping people stop smoking, which could reduce smoking-related cancers in this community.
