Summary
This study observes 600 adults with heart disease who are taking a new cholesterol-lowering drug called inclisiran alongside their usual medications. Researchers will track how much their bad cholesterol (LDL-C) drops and if they reach recommended targets. The goal is to see how well the drug works in everyday medical practice.
