Summary
This early-stage trial tested a new oral drug, INCB7839, in children whose aggressive brain tumors had returned or worsened after initial treatment. The main goal was to find a safe dose and understand how the drug behaves in the body. The drug aims to block a protein that helps these tumors grow.
