Summary
This early-stage study tests a single intravenous dose of IMS001, a stem cell therapy, in 30 adults with multiple sclerosis (MS) who have not responded well to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and tolerability, while also looking for signs that the treatment might help control the disease. Participants must be between 18 and 65 years old and clinically stable for one month before joining.
