Summary
This study tested whether a behavioral sleep treatment could improve daily functioning and sleep quality in veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleep apnea, and insomnia. 36 veterans participated. The treatment focused on changing sleep habits and thoughts. The goal was to see if better sleep leads to a better quality of life.
