Summary
This study tested whether applying Concentrated Growth Factor (CGF) or Collagen Fleece to the roof of the mouth after gum graft surgery helps it heal faster and with less pain. 38 healthy adults took part, and the researchers measured healing and comfort over several months. The goal was to find a better way to reduce discomfort and speed up recovery after this common dental procedure.
