NCT ID NCT04356274

First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study aims to find better ways to ensure veterans with PTSD, depression, or alcohol/opioid problems receive proven treatments. Currently, only 3-28% of patients get these effective therapies. The researchers will compare a team-based problem-solving approach (Participatory System Dynamics) with standard data review methods across 720 participants in VA clinics. The goal is to see which method works best to increase access to high-quality care.
