Summary

This pilot study at Stanford University is testing whether giving rTMS (a non-invasive brain stimulation) in the morning or evening works better for treating insomnia. Ten adults with insomnia will receive ten sessions over two weeks. Researchers will track sleep quality and brain activity to see if timing makes a difference.
