Second try could boost IVF success for couples
NCT ID NCT07056400
Summary
This study is testing whether collecting a second semen sample 1-3 hours after the first improves outcomes during fertility treatment for male infertility. Researchers believe the second sample might contain sperm with better movement and less DNA damage, which could lead to better fertilization and embryo development. The study involves 108 couples where the male partner has abnormal semen parameters.
