Summary
This study aims to improve how doctors diagnose and manage hyperandrogenism, a condition causing excess male hormones in women. Researchers will use machine learning and metabolomics (studying small molecules in the body) to better distinguish between common causes like PCOS and rarer genetic conditions. The study will involve 800 women of childbearing age and hopes to reduce misdiagnosis and improve treatment decisions.
