Summary

This study tests a home blood pressure monitoring program for 1,200 pregnant women in Nigeria with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. The goal is to see if this program helps control blood pressure better than usual care, improving heart health after delivery. Participants will use a home monitor and receive guidance, with results tracked at 6 and 12 weeks.
