This study tests a program called Structured Health Dialogue (SHD) for adults in forensic psychiatric care. The program uses motivational interviews and personalized advice to help patients improve diet, exercise, and smoking habits. Researchers will check if the program is practical and acceptable, and measure changes in heart health risk factors over 12 months. The goal is to see if this approach can be used in secure psychiatric settings to prevent disease.
