Summary

This study aims to improve the accuracy of a test used to diagnose Cushing's syndrome, a condition caused by too much of the stress hormone cortisol. Researchers will test different versions of a hormone stimulation test on 140 people, including those with suspected Cushing's and healthy volunteers. The goal is to find the best way to use the test to correctly identify the specific cause of the condition.
