Rice-Sized device could personalize sarcoma treatment

Summary
This study tests a rice-sized device that is temporarily placed inside a tumor to release tiny amounts of up to 10 different drugs. The goal is to see which drugs kill the most cancer cells without affecting the whole body. About 20 people with sarcoma that has spread or returned will take part. The device is removed during standard surgery, and researchers check the tumor tissue to see which drugs worked best.
