New rehab program aims to help people with rare movement disorders walk better and fall less

Summary
This study tests a 12-week supervised rehabilitation program for people with two rare genetic diseases that cause walking and balance problems. The goal is to see if the program reduces disease severity and fall risk compared to usual care. About 84 adults with confirmed diagnoses will participate.
