New rehab program aims to steady steps for rare movement disorders

Summary
This study tests a 12-week supervised rehabilitation program for people with two rare genetic diseases that cause walking and balance problems. 84 participants will either get the program or usual care. The goal is to see if the program reduces disease severity and fall risk. It is not a cure, but aims to ease symptoms and improve daily life.
