Summary
This study aimed to see if giving extra oxygen at night could improve blood sugar control in people living at high altitudes who have sleep breathing problems. It was designed for permanent residents of Puno, Peru, but was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled. The goal was to understand the link between nighttime low oxygen and glucose levels.
