Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing whether a 6-month program of online exercise classes, guided meditation, and nutrition guidance can improve thinking, sleep, and brain health in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will measure changes in cognition, inflammation, gut bacteria, and brain scans. The study enrolls 60 adults aged 40 to 85 with Parkinson's or a related sleep disorder, and everyone receives the intervention eventually.
