Summary

This study tests a drug called IMP4297 (a PARP inhibitor) as a maintenance treatment after first-line chemotherapy for people with advanced ovarian cancer. The goal is to see if it can delay cancer progression. About 404 participants are randomly assigned to receive either IMP4297 or a placebo. This is a phase 3 trial, meaning it is in the final stage of testing before possible approval.
