New combo attack on tough liver cancer: immunotherapy plus radiation

Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that has grown into major blood vessels. It tests whether adding a type of radiation (particle beam) to standard immunotherapy helps control the cancer longer. About 128 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the combination slows cancer growth and is safe.
